First, ensure that the machine is properly assembled and all components are securely in place.
Connect the necessary power supply and any other required utilities (such as air or coolant).
Install the tool holder, dust removal pipe, and other accessories specific to your machine model.
Power On:
Turn on the power switches for the machine and the Syntec controller.
Return the machine to its mechanical origin (home position).
Tool Setup:
Use the jog mode or hand wheel mode to install the required tools in the spindle.
Measure the length of each tool using the tool measurement mode.
Working Origin Setup:
Set the working origin for the Z-axis (vertical) and the XY-axis (horizontal) based on the material surface and desired cutting position.
Loading G-Code:
Transfer the G-code file (program) from a USB flash drive to the Syntec controller.
Select the desired file and run it in either automatic mode or hand wheel guidance mode.
Tool Changes:
Use the mid mode to change tools on the spindle as needed during the machining process.
