How to install machine and how to operate syntec controller machine？

• First, ensure that the machine is properly assembled and all components are securely in place.

• Connect the necessary power supply and any other required utilities (such as air or coolant).

• Install the tool holder, dust removal pipe, and other accessories specific to your machine model.

1. Power On:

• Turn on the power switches for the machine and the Syntec controller.

• Return the machine to its mechanical origin (home position).

2. Tool Setup:

• Use the jog mode or hand wheel mode to install the required tools in the spindle.

• Measure the length of each tool using the tool measurement mode.

3. Working Origin Setup:

• Set the working origin for the Z-axis (vertical) and the XY-axis (horizontal) based on the material surface and desired cutting position.

4. Loading G-Code:

• Transfer the G-code file (program) from a USB flash drive to the Syntec controller.

• Select the desired file and run it in either automatic mode or hand wheel guidance mode.

5. Tool Changes:

• Use the mid mode to change tools on the spindle as needed during the machining process.
